Game rules. There are 3 types of possible moves per turn:
Commando Para Drop: You can take any unoccupied tile with this move.
M1 Death Blitz: From any tile you occupy, you can take one next to it (not diagonally).
You will capture any of the enemy tiles touching your new tile.
Sabotage: You can take any unoccupied tile. If there are enemy tiles next to it,
you have a Gamma chance of capturing them. On the other hand, you have a (1-Gamma)
chance of losing your newly acquired tile.
